‘We Dare’ cancelled in the UK, country goes into panic

Get your tissues Brits, we won’t be daring any time soon.

If you’ve got an eye for controversial game news, you’ll probably know about We Dare, a game published by Ubisoft which is being released for the Wii and PS3 this year. The game has been described as a “swinger game” by several sites, as the aim of the game is to participate in sexually suggestive minigames.

The games include classics such as ‘Press Your Face Against a Playstation Move Controller While Someone Else Presses Their Face Up Against the Same Controller‘ and ‘Spank Your Neighbor, They Won’t Mind, You’re Playing We Dare!‘.

The game recently became the subject of a lot of controversy after it was given a PEGI rating of 12. So yes, even 12-year-old kids can player ‘Strip In-front of Your Guests For No Apparent Reason‘.

Well, unfortunately I must now break the news to you. We Dare will not be getting a UK release. I know, In those previous 3 paragraphs I made you want the game so much, you may have even thought of it as a Game of the Year contender, but there’s always imports!

This also means that there probably won’t be any DLC, so the downloadable pack that included ‘Tie up your guests and tea bag them‘ won’t be coming too.

Now all we can do is watch the trailer and dream of what could have been.
