A new gameplay trailer has been released, showcasing Kenshi’s moves and release date.
Kenshi was the second DLC character announced along with Skarlet just before the release of Mortal Kombat 9. Skarlet is out now and next up in the DLC line-up is the blind swordsman himself. As revealed last week, Rain will be the next DLC character after Kenshi.
Kenshi will be available on the 5th of July along with 2 (free) classic costumes as part of a compatibility pack. The 2 costumes will be for Smoke and Noob Saibot and will be available to anyone via a free ‘compatibility pack’ download. You will also need this pack downloaded in order to fight against someone using Kenshi online, but you don’t need to download it if you buy the Kenshi DLC.

I like the look of Kenshi, but I’m also eager to see some Rain gameplay. I’ve seen his moves in the old games and people can put together some insane combos with him.
Still, Kenshi’s fatality looks bloody brutal.
