The remastered trilogy will be released in May to commemorate Ratchet and Clanks’ 10th anniversary.
The Ratchet & Clank 10th Anniversary Celebration will give us the The Ratchet & Clank Trilogy game, fully remasted from the original games, which started life on the PS2. The Ratchet & Clank Trilogy game will be released on May 16th, 2012.
The game has been fully remastered to 1080p HD by Idol Minds and contains Ratchet & Clank, Ratchet & Clank: Locked & Loaded and Ratchet & Clank 3. The game will also support 720p 3D on all 3 of the games on the disk.
The Ratchet & Clank Trilogy will also contain the competitive multiplayer from the previous games so fans, and those new to the series, can experience Ratchet & Clank multiplayer all on the PS3. Trophies will also be added for all of the games on the disk including 3 platinum trophies.
